Is this really an issue with carry ammo? Is there any way to avoid this or are you going to end up having to keep track and cycle through different bullets?
I'm going to carry soon and want to unload/dryfire my carry gun throughout the day whenever I'm home.

It's not just caliber dependant, but how the rounds are made. Higher end stuff will have an extra crimp at the mouth of the case for.this reason, the cheap stuff wont. I would definitely research on whatever specific make and model of hollow point you plan on carrying. If you can't find anything just send an email to the company asking what they do to protect against it.
I know that in the navy we would rechamber the same round up to 6 times a day for months on end, and a few times i pulled the round and compare it to the rest in the magazine on the midwatch, and could never notice any setback.

I've gotten some setback on my 9mm Speer Gold Dots after chambering the same round multiple times. I cycle through my rounds now.

Yes. Those are where the very lip of the case is crimped down on. I believe NATO 9mm has the same shit, and it seems to work. Worst case just rechamber the same round a good 180 times or so and do a visual check, or grab a micrometer if you want to get fancy. If it's good after that I don't see any reason the rounds wouldn't be fine through daily rechambeings.

I hate faggits like you. Get a conceal carry holster that you remove with the gun as one package, so that the gun never comes out of the holster. If you have a family, get a lock box for when you are home. If you want to finger fuck and dryfire your carry piece multiple times a day like an autist, then kill yourself.
