This. My step-dad has section 8 apartments in Chicago. They expect him to change light bulbs. The inspections require the units to be flawless, no paint defects, no scratches in doors or trim. They destroy the places they live and deny any responsibility.
Worst part is these places are nice places to live aside from the neighborhood. Wood floors, 2+ bedrooms, new appliances, etc. In my area these would go for $1200+ but these people get them for well under $300. Well yes, nigger did used to refer to all blacks.
You know, nigger, from the latin niger, meaning black...
But nigger stopped meaning all blacks quite some time ago, we have had a good 150 or so years transitioning away from it being used that way.
But the modern derogatory meaning of nigger is only applied to stereotypical blacks who are sub-human trash. No one would call thomas sowell or walter williams niggers, because they are just people and their actions are not those of niggers.

Just moved from West Seattle myself but we were in Arbor Heights. I felt as safe as could be desu. All except for White Center & Burien were like 2 miles away.
Most of WS' neighborhoods are super nice, lots of new builds. The low income place up on the north side though, it sucks. But its pretty removed from the main drag of 35th or California.
Downside about this was our lease was up and we were looking at almost DOUBLE what our rent was so we had to move.
Fucking techfags ruining everything for everyone other than other techfags.
