I ND'd a 9x19mm 147gr JHP +P+ round through a dresser, window frame, window, screen, and into the neighbors house. It penetrated their siding and came to rest somewhere inside their wall.
It wasn't even my house, it was a work friends whose house I was temporarily staying at while I was in-between living arrangements. Definitely my worst fuck up.
There were a number of things that led up to this happening. If anyone wants the full story, I'll share. Ultimately it was still my fault for being an idiot, and violating more than one of the rules of safe firearms use. I'm lucky I didn't shoot myself on accident.

I was at the range with 2 buddies (brothers) who wanted to sight in their hunting rifles. They were sitting at a picnic bench, one on each end, with their ammo in the middle.
One brothe shooting .270, the other was shooting 7mm rem magnum.
7mm bro grabs .270 round by mistake.
Gun blows, but both are basically ok (went to ER) some slight cuts and fear of eye damage, but he was fine.
Brother whose gun blew literally couldn't pull the trigger again for a few months, he would try, but couldn't get his finger to move.
He eventually overcame it, but it fucked him up for a while.

Bought a Chiappa Little Badger. Went to shoot it and it had problems locking into firing position so I had to put more force behind it. Every fifth round or so would slam fire, and it would usually split the casing when we fired it. At one point, when it slamfired, the rear of the casing blew out. EEEEE for just a little bit, and told everyone else to not fuck with the rifle and put it away.
