What is a good Gas Mask that yall recomend?
leaning towards a Avon FM50, but I am willing to take others into opinion

I have one, but have not tested it with anything. It makes a hell of a seal, the first time I put on the filtre I forgot about the bottom plug and nearly suffocated. I would call that a good seal. The filtre removed all smell from the air, or it is just that the smell of Soviet surplus was too overpowering. If I take a second to adjust it having two eyepieces isn't so bad. It fits really well, shockingly doesn't rip your hair out assuming that you have a haircut approved by comrade Stalin. Fogs up easily, but antifog inserts came with mine. Cost effectiveness/10 would use if nuked

Isn't chromium and asbestos the thing that gas masks are suppose to actually filter out?
Anyways, I say get a scuba tank and hook it up to a kestrel or a mask that has the adapter.
