Milsurp stores have them for like $20 or less, they're synthetic so they'll last pretty fucking long.
>Step 1: Buy BDUs you don't mind gluing stuff to.
>Step 2: Buy netting and glue it to the back of the BDUs.
>Step 3: Tie jute to the netting randomly spaced out across the BDUs.
>Step 4: Weave in local vegetation to full in the spaces that the jute doesn't cover.
>Step 5 (optional): Get a matching boonie hat or hood and do the same.
Voila, you have a great ghille suit. Change out the foliage when it wears out, add face paint for even greater affect.

I had one. It was kind of gay. It was pretty effective camouflage, especially in dry grassy areas, but sticks and shit would always stick to the legs and make it impossible to walk. Had to untangle myself every couple of steps.
