I've noticed ammo I store in plastic ziplock bags is getting less shiny. Over a few years though.
Will this have any impact on performance?
I store millions of rounds of ammo, but only around 100k in zip lock.

Do you buy them packed loose or something? Why not keep them in the boxes they normally come in? The boxes will absorb a decent amount of moisture, and you can just put the boxes themselves in bags.
