Good ol' 1911. Any other answer is objectively wrong.

>>30660568

I like my Gen4 Glock 21.
>>
>>30660830

My first handgun was a Series 80 that I bought back in 1986. I loved that gun and wish I still had it. To be fair though I didn't like it any more or less than the Glock 21 I have now.

Same here, next purchase is gonna be a p220 elite...if I can find the nitron finish
>>
>>30660806

I didn't care for it much when I was younger but when I was older and rewatched the series, I understood it better and came to appreciate it.

Didn't like my fnx at all. I ended up getting rid of it and getting a P220 which I love
>>
>>30660948
If your gonna get a p220 you might as well get an hk45. Its a lot more comfortable than a p220 and more reliable.

My next purchase is probably going to be a Gen4 30 to go along with the 21. Once that's a wrap I'm thinking of getting another 1911 of some kind.

I've got a weird fixation though on those S&W CS45's. I've never even held one but there's something about them I like. I need to track one down and see what it feels like in my hand.

30 or 30s?

I also played around with that idea as a carry piece.
>>
>>30661206
I shot my buddies 220elite on several occasions and I love it.

I personally find HKs ugly. Sue me, I like aesthetically pleasing things.
>>
>>30661409

30. I want magazine compatibility with my Gen4 21 so my understanding is I have to go with a 30.

If I had bought a 21FS then I could get a 30S and have compatibility between those.

My thought is to get that 30 and then any change I make to it (trigger, extended slide release, whatever) I mirror on to the 21 to try and keep them exactly the same.
>>
>>30661739
Nice pairing? You done anything to your 21?

I only done the standard, talon grips tlr1 truglo tfx

I'm currently waiting for my new connector, steel guide rod, and slide release extension to get here later in the week.

I also used the med beavertail backstrap that comes with gen4

Just an extended slide release (and I bought two, one for the 30 that doesn't exist yet).

I should have bought the 30 by now but the budget is not being kind to me and I had to step outside my plans to grab an AR lower last month. Next up is the 30.
