Greece and Croatia provide a navy.
Bulgaria and Serbia have at least some air force's.
And all of the have anti air systems that shot on anything Turkey has.
Their disadvantage is that the have to cleanse Bosnia, Kosovo and Albania so they don't get backstabbed.
Then they need to land an assault on Turkey which doesn't sound that easy.
All in all what happens is:
