Does anyone here cc a 1911 or is that just wacky fantasy talk? I'm considering getting one

Cc'ing a hand long gun with a safety
It's like you want Jamal to rape your sister/cousin/wife
>>30649245
Yup. Bikers do all the time.
"But the weight"
Stop being a weak faggot.
"But the safety."
If a dog can be trained, then maybe you can be too.
Not a full length. But i have cced a commander length
If ita all you got. Fine. But there are much better options. Like the sig 1911 style 9mms and 380.
Would it make a good first gun? I want something that would last

I carry my RO Champ in the winter sometimes. It prints too easily in summer clothes.
>>30649255
External safeties don't matter if you're not retarded enough to never practice drawing and simultaneously flipping the switch. Git gud at muscle memory.
>>30649245
Yep, pic related. It is pretty heavy, but I wear a belt and that solves the problem. Surprisingly comfy, and it fits in my IWB holster for my Glock 19.
Not sure what that says about the holster, but it works and I try not to question it.
Worst care, you end up with a fun gun to shoot at the range.

>Deagle Brand 1911
kek
>>30649353
Okay, whatever you say Jamal. Me n my Glock will have fun having no raped family members/orafices
>>30649432
>hurr memes
It's a good gun, faggot.
>>30649448
How dare you question the efficacy of America's most lethal killing machine.
>>30649245
I think it's a great winter carry:
> .45 is best for winter
> don't have to worry about getting it sweaty and rusty.
>>30649245
It's as smart as cc'ing a Colt Single Action Army. If this was 1880, a Colt SAA would be an awesome.
OP, if this was 1930 then cc'ing a 1911 would be awesome, while a Colt SAA would be shitty.
It's current year. The 1911 is shitty.
>>30649496
I bet you're going to say carrying a broadsword is dumb next because it's [current year]

If someone types out 3 or more sentences and still manages not to convey any information other than "hurr this thing is bad", it's usually safe to ignore them.
I used to CC a Springfield ultra light. It was thin and light. With Wilson mags it was super reliable, especially after I flitz'ed the feed ramp. It was thin enough it didn't print in most clothes. I still CC my TRP operator from time to time.

>If this was 1880, a Colt SAA
>not a colt m1878
Have fun pulling the hammer back hahahahAHAHAHAHAH
>>30649245
Nope, I have been know to OC my 1911 though. If you are going to CC, a small striker fired setup is the way to go. I like M&p's.
Why the fuck have Rock Island's 1911 prices literally doubled in the last two years?
