All I had was the punch set and armorer's tool I bought for it, and a good friend to help hold and brace it. How'd you do your castle nut? I just had my friend hold onto the lower as best he could while I tightened it with the armorer's tool until I couldn't twist it anymore without it slipping out of his hands.

Hey guys! I ordered a custom engraved Halo themed lower from York Arms about 5 years ago to start a build. Haters gonna hate. Along the way I had the opportunity to use a cnc milling machine at work to finish an 80% lower and built the rifle on that instead. In all, I've got about $2,300 sunk into the gun and I love it. Now I'm looking to finish what I started and build the engraved lower into something. I'm unsure of what direction I'd like to go with it, however. I'd almost like to have a standard run of the mill 16" AR with nothing fancy, maybe an Eotech but retain pop up irons as well. Another part of me wants to go full retard with the fancy shit again and build a sweet little SBR, maybe 9-10" barrel. Any suggestions or maybe a whole different path from those two that I could go down?
