Hey, I'm not the organizer or the meetup but I went and scouted the area today with another anon and came up with these notes about how to get there and what my impressions of the campsites were.
The meetup is going to be this coming weekend, July 22-24. One or two of us might be going early to claim the spot(s) on Thursday.
I'm really hoping Tommy Thyroid will show up with his aunt and state trooper friend to keep our weapons safely locked up and cataloged.

Im working on the waivers for the meetup and will be sending it out soon. Please bring a signed copy with you to the check in table. Ill be riding to the event with my mom and aunt. They will be helping with the setup, registration and security. The important thing to remember is that any guns brought to the meet will be given to a safety officer for storage. My aunt and her state police boyfriend will be providing this service as all as being range officers.
When you want to shoot, just come to the security booth and check out the gun. An range officer wil escort you to the firing line.
Please keep 5 seconds between shots. No rapid fire.
