Recent acquisitions /k/?
Got a new muzzle brake and sound director yesterday and got it installed today. I also milled out the vent holes on my HK green handguard.
I think it's looking pretty nice. Although I do kinda miss my G28 flash hider.

I probably should've specified that it's a C308. I usually refer to it as a CETME since almost all of the internal parts are CETME.
But I have heard that the older Century muzzle brakes are a nightmare to take off. I'm glad mine isn't.

rest assured in know that the older Cetme's muzzle brake is indeed a nightmare. I made the common mistake of grinding to far into the brake and into the barrel. fucking pin would not come out. so I said fuck it and cut the barrel down. which was something I was playing with at the time. the only thing I don't like about the shorter barrel is that it tends to blow out muzzle devices and creates one hell of a ginormous fireball.

have you used those meg-gar mags yet? I had an older west german P226 9mm and when I picked up brand new Sig magazines FROM Sig, I had nothing but problems with the gun. constantly failed to feed. really pissed me off. had to go back to the original old ass magazines.
