I just want to comment that it seems like EVERY Blue Angels jet is showroom-perfect on the outside, but the cockpits are always beat to shit ancient garbage. Seriously, I've seen the cockpit of new F-18 Blue Angels planes that look nearly as bad as that Hawker Hunter's .

Blue Angels don't get new planes. They get issued beat to hell planes that were taken out of combat service. Sounds crazy considering the stress the Angels put on them, but thats how it works. My cousin was a wrench on the Blue Angel team for four years.

I'd go for the ferret instead, but if you turn it into a flight simulator instead, that'll be worth it. I'd say ditch the blue angels paint scheme since it's only on the half, paint it up with God tier nose art, make it look badass.
