Son, I've been held at gunpoint by police bc my neighbor 'accidentally' shot someone. Lived in a quad/shared kitchen apartment bldg on the 1st floor, cops sounded like they wanted to kick my door in. I announced myself and carefully opened the door, presenting my hands and face. Ended up in the hallway, held at gunpoint first with a pistol then an AR IN VIEW OF THE OPEN DOORWAY WHERE THE SHOOTING TOOK PLACE. These were tiny studios. Super safe place to have me.
