AND [cartridge length < 40mm / Bull-Pup / barrel length < 42 cm]
This does not concern the hunter, he can have as many scary AKs as he wants.
This also doesn't stop sport shooters from getting bulpups or Mini-30s or SKS with short barrels, as long as they look politically correct. The other three features only matter if the gun looks evil.
