Any way to get one of these beautiful guns? It's basically my holy grail at this point to find. I'm willing to spend 1,500-2,000 yet I can't find a seller that doesn't high ball or have bidding online. Sucks they stopped imports long ago of these, any way to petition to Finnish government to send us some of their surplus ones? I mean they have rifles in both 556 and 762 might as well pick a caliber or just modernize.

only SCAR and MG3 that came with the Leopards shoot 5.56. And we arent letting go of any of our RK62 or RK95 because we dont have surplus, but rather we dont have enough of either of them. Sako still might have some parts of the production line stashed somewhere, but you would need to petition Beretta to start making them again and with exporting them to America being a pain in the ass and market for rifles like this being small in Europe there is basically a no chance of you getting new one, ever.
And we did start to modernize them recently

because special conditions imposed by finnish climate AKA no money.It would be expensive as fuck to start making fifty year old design again or the newer RK95. Beretta owns Sako so they try to shill their ARX every chance they get so we decided to just modernize the old guns. We have enough 62 and 95 for wartime troops, but everyone else after that will have to do with Norinco. Sako does not have facilities in America to build them for civilians and they rather focus on the rifles that are great. And as I said it is pain in the ass to try build a gun here and then try to import it to america.
Does anyone know anything about building valmet look-a-likes? I've seen a few, wondering if anybody here has any experience.

Why won't the company create a separate joint for the US (Like FN America or IWI USA) that collaborates with their products through shipping parts and kits, blueprints to make recievers, and have an interest rate for the supply services?

OP i live in Canada and got one off gun broker for 1000$ less then you pay here just message a seller and make an offer in person theres a bunch up on gun broker, if you have 20 grand you can get a transferable valmet

If you have a m62 you can use a standard ak bolt and recoil spring and trigger group the rest you cant just use galil parts, all pre ban valmets come built for full auto
