That's my favorite part of Morrowind. It's so fucking broken. 5 minutes after getting off the boat you can have a spell that permanently increases all of your attributes by 100 a cast. The game practically encourages you to do so.

After figuring out what the fuck those did I used one to jump from a spot near Seyda Neen and landed flat fucking dab in the middle of Khuul way the fuck up in the north. I did this first try too, I spent about two minutes checking out the map and lining everything up.
