I live in Mountain View, California. I'd probably bug in with sandbags, and knock out the stairs to my second floor.
My SKS, M1A, Mossy 500, and 92FS (plus 3 college friend roommates who shoot) should keep me safe for the evening.
The real danger would be arson, but since this is "The Purge" as in the Purge movies, nobody ever does that for some reason.
