I'm a little bummed that the game's stock content is mostly semi-futuristic, but this is more than rectified by their modding support. Now if only it would stop crashing my display drivers so hard that I have to hard reset my PC.

Il agree the Arma 3 MX design is absolutely terrible, I like the modular design but there a certain things i dont like its gas operated and the mag....
there was a rifle like this in real life tho, but was scarped by the US after trials, I used one a lot (SquirrelShit) I loved it, had no issues with it, was light, was easily changed for ops and covered multiple roles as good as other firearms of the class it was converted to, it was the XM8 i think there is a few civilian version running around

check it out, pretty amazing rifle i loved it, mk1 was gas operated, mk2 was piston, worked as good as hk416 upside down, flooded with water or sand no issues
