How much money would it take to find and acquire one? 6000 usd? I've heard rumors that only around 100 or so units made it into trained citizen hands.Importing them know is nearly impossible Prefer one with the ZEISS SCOPE

That's a clone, stock and grip may be real, or may be repros too. Real PSGs have free float barrel, no front sight assembly, and I've never seen a flash hider on a PSG either. A quality builder may be able to produce one for you, but it won't be HK original.

The HK91 and its clones all have free floated barrels. The cocking tube just has a ring around the barrel that holds the handguard without touching the barrel.
