Current production ammo is sort of available from Cor-Bon at fairly high prices, assuming it is in 44 AutoMag. The other AutoMag calibers are largely unavailable so far as I know.
If you wound up taking it in, you might look to GunBroker or a collector's group to sell it. The market is fairly limited but dedicated.
