I have 13 years experience in the Army Infantry and 3 combat deployments. Nothing this guy did screams training. He actually dips his muzzle while crossing the beam which is a big no no when engaging an enemy. Only dip your muzzle when about to flag friendlies or non combatants. It looks to me as of he wanted to go left, saw the Cops muzzle sticking out that way and quickly flanked right. If he had proper training, he would have pied that corner better instead of exposing his whole body to the Cop to make the kill. People in general are fed up with the unaccountability police and law enforcement have been getting away with since post reconstruction. Departments have been enjoying their good old boy clubs and hiding, burying or outright refusing to bring charges on their own kind just to prevent liability. What seems to be the set focus of our police these days if its not legally required to protect and serve? Mostly to make money for the respective level of employer(state, county, city) through revenue and the need to keep jails filled as much as possible per those private jails lucrative contracts. Combine this with the paramilitary training cops receive that further divides and fosters the paranoid us vs them mentality. Historians have rightly pointed out how much America shares similarities towards pre war nazi Germany.
