/k/ What is the craziest shit you've ever done with a gun or it's ammunition? What I did I took 12 gauge shotgun shells, took out the buckshot, and loaded it with a mixture of 93 octane gas, rubbing alcohol, and styrofoam. I use it to light campfire pretty f**king quickly.

I was under the impression that you actually needed chamber pressure to make ammunition "explosive", because the propellant itself is merely quick-burning, and without a direction for the gas to expand in, the bullet or shot in the round will just pop off in whatever direction, and certainly not with the speed to hurt people.
Nothing crazy, but for the 4th i took some shells apart, replaced the smokeless with some Holy Black and then packed the fucker tight with glitter and some Red, White and Blue strips of paper.

I'm not sure about shotshells, but rifle cartridges are still under enough pressure just by having seated bullet to break skin.
tried it by pounding some Wolf 7.62x39 in a vice and it could still go through a sheet of plywood, though it barely did so.

A drunk fudd once pumped out all of his shells into a fire. Everyone ran but me. I grabbed them out. One did melt a and fizzle burn.
I also once tossed a strip of 5.56 rounds into a burn barrel. It did put a couple holes in the side. Itll either split down the side of the brass, bust into 3 parts the bottom and two sides.
