Am I alone in this resistance to these new damn laws? I can't possibly move before January 1st so my only option is to resist. Any other California bros that's willing to even spare a sliver of resistance? What i have to say to these new laws is "Come and take them!" There is no damn way I'm letting California's draconian governmen get away with infringing our 2nd amendment rights. I have nothing to live for anyway (it's me the trip that gets harassed by fucking homeless people) My family is shit, Mom is extremely Liberal, brother is a coward, and my other brother isn't concerned with the new laws because he doesn't own an AR15. Just handguns and non "Scary assault weapon" type guns. If i die, i die for my country, not for nothing, when confiscation starts happening guys, keep a look out in the news for those fighting the good fight, i guarantee I'll be amongst the very select few.

California is collapsing because of your own apathy and the incomptence of your fellow voters.

Prove me wrong.

You guys said the same thing several times over the years.

Any hope of Californians revolting or resisting is long gone. They'd rather move and plague up other states than fix their own.

Sorry, but your wet dreams of giving California chemotherapy and fixing it aren't going to work with you as a one man army.
>>
>>30511744
there wont be any confiscations. There will only be the constant adjustments to law until you wake up years later and realize you gave your weapons up voluntarily for something petty

For the billionth time...

The dice are loaded here in California and they are loaded against us and you guys seem to have a problem understanding that. We had a three judge panel say that "Yes, the second amendmant is your concealed carry permit." It went to the ninth circuit court, the most liberal circuit court in America where it was reversed. The Supreme Court kicked it back because it would have been a 4-4 decision.

Legislatively, we're fucked. We have jungle/top two primary. The libs have such a majority here that 2016 senate race is going to be between a democrat and another democrat. That's not the primary, that's the general election. Now you say we won't do anything? Well, we do try and prevent this. We try and prevent it every year and it's nothing but a delaying action.

Now you had the good fortune to be born in a free state. You've never had to think like this or expend the kind of energy that we've had to in order just to hold them off for a few years. Letter writing campaigns? Protests? We've done it all and all for naught. We held these laws off for three years and this counts as a policy coup in this state. The bullet button was a workaround for a law that succesfully kept AR/AK pattern rifles off of shelves for half a decade. But this is the way that this place is, you've never had to figure out ways around a law. You've never had to worry about this at a state level with this much ridiculousness. You can't even conceive of what it's like here. So, you assume that Diane Feinstein must have laid her eggs in our chest or something. Not the case.

So try not being so fucking retarded.
>>
>>30511789

I have never in my time of browsing /k/ seen a post as ignorant as this. I was born here, i had no say so in the laws (underage) it wasnt until i turned 18 (2 years ago) that i got involved in this politic stuff. I cannot move, so i have no choice but to resist. I was born here, i had no say so in any politcal matter until 2 years ago. I would have loved to be have been born in any other state but California, but unlike you i do not have that luxury, you realize how ironic is it for you to call us narcissistic**** when infact you stand far more narcissistic than any of us Pro 2A members in California.

so basically you just don't want to?

being homeless isn't a death sentence goy. you can work yourself out of a hole and live in a truck for less than 300 a month. get off your low horse and put effort into your grievance or shut the fuck up.

moved out of my parents house at 16 and payed rent in cash, got payed in cash to work in the oil fields translating instructions to mexican immigrants, drove without a license or insurance and bought a shitty silverado pickup for 1200 dollars from a blind farmer. I ate nothing but ham beans and rice for almost 2 years until shit got better you lazy and tit milk as fuck bruh

>>
>>30511971
Lol but you wouldn't do shit, and that's why you're the biggest shit talker in this thread
>>
Look, it's simple.
A good chunk of gun owners, legitimate or otherwise, don't comply with CA's laws. I was talking just the other day to a co-worker who showed me pictures of several full-auto builds he did on 80% lowers that he shoots innadesert. I don't chance it personally, but it goes to show how minimal compliance really is.

They aren't going door to door. They don't really care *that* much if you have one or two. They just don't want stores selling them. Enforcement only comes as a tack-on for other charges or if you do something genuinely stupid like OC an unregged AW. You make it easy for em, they'll nail you. You do what you do quietly and they'll ignore you.

Now when Newsom becomes governor, all bets are off. But then again he'll only be governor. He can't MAKE every rural Sheriffs Deputy, Game Warden and CHP suddenly start caring about laws that they don't agree with or enforce currently, let alone whatever retarded bullshit he's gonna want to shove down our throats later.
>>
Hypothetical question, IF i were to say "kill an ATF agent" (COMPLETELY HYPOTHETICAL) because they were infringing my 2nd amendment rights, and i fleed to a very Progun state, would they even attempt to protect me for protecting my 2nd amendment rights to an unconstitutional government?

>>
>>30512015
I've actually done the math on this before. If you can scrape together about 1-2k by selling most of your shit you can usually move out.

Basically you have 1 vehicle for the journey, no more than what will fit in it (+possibly a trailer if inclined). Sleep in the vehicle in Wal-Mart parking lots en route (actual policy is that they allow it, stay the fuck away from the hobo camps though, you sleep in the vehicle in order to monitor it).
Once you arrive acquire a storage unit ASAP and quietly store all ye shit. Yes, guns tend to rust in storage units, this is only a month-or-less solution.
Then you find a job ASAP, ideally though you should find something before you move. Helps if you work for a job that has positions out of state.
Then you put down cash on a modest apartment and start to rebuild your life from there.
>>
>>30512039
Nope you'd be fucked.

Just chill the fuck out and stay fucking lowkey as fuck.

>What about employment?
there are places that hire transients almost exclusively. Usually farms and physical labor places. work for physical cash and learn the value of trade and haggling

>All my shit?
you don't need much to get by. If you aren't willing to cart it around then sell it off and put that towards your move. I bet you own enough "shit" to trade for a decent beater car/truck

>Where would i stay while i am looking for work and shelter?
car or truck parked at a walmart parking lot or location thats open 24/7 seriously get some hobo advice

>Keep aml my guns and belongings in my truck?
rent a storage locker if it bothers you that much. Learn to live with less

nobody wants to move and doubly so if you don't have the money to do it but the truth is you can't get anymore /k/ than learning how to live on your wit and making your own way out of a hell hole. Its not going to be easy but its far from impossible. thousands of immigrants from all around the world do it with way less than you all the while avoiding law enforcement like the plague. figure it out or stay there

Protests have accomplished all sorts of things over the years.
Some of their greatest achievements include civil rights for blacks and giving women the right to vote. Might not be as edgy as advocating for fucking firefights with police, but it has a proven track record.

Probably tens of thousands will resist. People don't tend to follow laws they don't view as legitimate. The CA government is probably not going to do shit about resistance to the laws, either.

The thing about the new laws is that you can fairly easily convert existing rifles to comply and switch them back to being fully functional as well. The law is so dumb it almost isn't worth resisting for many. People call Californians pussies, but it literally takes like an hour to convert your cucked rifle into a normal rifle, so the truth is that many people just don't fee threatened. They should though. Confiscation is coming. That is why they are having you register the weapons.

For anyone wondering what Brexit was about, California is the closest we can imagine.

A ruling party that has swamped the electorate with welfare dependents, and with that dependence, comes complete control. The elections are dominated through this, and I'm not sure what's worse, extreme voter tampering, or some council in Brussels, either way, the average Californian is fucked out of his own home state.

Now, the population isn't represented by their Government, but are ruled in spite of it.

But hey, at least the the middle class have been blown out and replaced with an army of mexicans.

Not our fault that we as a state, are attached to the bay area and LA. The whole place is so gerrymandered that anyone who isn't a LA and SF Democrats don't have a voice in state affairs.

After seeing the bullshit with the senators in CA exempting themselves from the laws, to the FBI saying that it was perfectly ok for Hillary to violate all those federal laws because "she didn't mean to" I am more inclined than ever to not obey the new edicts they pass.

go get a dozen guys together with ARs and gear and armor and go storm a building and make some demands and shoot some people.

no?

why not though?

oh, is it because you have an ok job and credit and you were gonna go out wih the chubby chick from HR this week and order that new exhaust for your honda and you just DL'd an expansion pack for your favorite game and you were going to spend tonight in your climate controlled heaven playing games and talkin shit and maybe order food to be brought to your door so you dont even have to put your shirt on to eat, is that why?

do something california, do something or shut the fuck up.

montana isn't very kind to out of staters apparently but either state seems doable. 1500 is more than i started out with when i moved out.

prepare by looking at what you have available at the moment. Reliable car?, easy access to your 1500? insurance and registration for your car up to date? fucking road map? a specific address to get to?

My truck is reliable enough, and i have tools and i know how to fix a car really well. I'm not a sissy faggot Californian, i know hard work and will work to the fucking bone to survive if i have to. So montana should be welcoming to my kind I hope. Insurance and registration is up to date for a good year. No maps of other states just california unfortunately. Yes i have a bank account (bank of america ) and a credit card, and no address yet, im still researching what city to go to and live in my car for a while as i look for work. If i move to montana finding farm work should be possible correct? Like i said before I'm no stranger to manual labor trust me.

How about this: shrug your shoulders and keep your mouth closed. How the fuck is the state gov't ever going to know that you have illegal firearms if they want to confiscate? There is no way that they will ever be able to enforce it more than just whining for people to voluntarily turn them in/register them. What the little libs don't know won't hurt them.

How things will probably go:
>own weapons illegal under California law
>no action taken against you for years, maybe decades
>can't take your guns anywhere public
>you just have a felony conviction waiting to happen for literally the rest of your life sitting around that you will never be able to lawfully use for any purpose it is intended for
>maybe one day a family member\friend\neighbor narcs on you, and your weapons are confiscated while you're known to be at work

I really hope you just kill yourself before you do some reactionary bullshit you shit for brains
>>
>>30514016
and also how things can go:
>own weapons illegal under Californian law
>family, friends and neighbors told to look out for evil salt weapons
>family knows you have them and keep telling you to just turn them in
>local college offers 200 per person of interest
>fat liberal neighbor down the block remembers "that one time she tried to frame you but she got arrested instead and the cop ended up being your best friend"
>she turns you into the local Governmental Environment and Security Town Authority Protocols Office
>you wake up one day to someone knocking on your door
>suddenly the door bursts open and a frightened dog wanders into your house
>the GESTAPO (local precinct) follows shortly shooting the dog then you
>the last thing you see as you drift off into the last sleep is the news crew as the reporter calls you the biggest terrorist since that guy a few blocks over just an hour ago

Get.
Out.
Of.
California.
Don't live like we do here. I'm a student and I can't pursue any fun related hobbies without waiting a year for the police to unfuck themselves and issue me a rifle license.
Thanks to some crazy person (who should never have had guns in the first place) shooting a school up before I was born, anti-gun lobbyists overpowered the small shooting community and got all the good shit banned and the alright guns heavily restricted.
If I get a Section 1 license, the most firepower I can have is a semi automatic 22 or a manual action rifle up to 50 BMG in caliber. While this isn't too bad, the police department that handles the licensing is under funded as fuck and take forever to carry out the background checks.

Shotguns are less restricted however if you want a shotgun which can hold more than 3 shells you need a Section 1 license. Thankfully semi auto shotguns are legal under the shotgun license.

I don't know how California got so cucked, Arnold fucking Schwarzenegger was it's governer for a while. Don't let it get as bad as it is here in the UK.

THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS

I DON'T UNDERSTAND how you fags seem to think "oh not my state not my problem"
The liberal media that's brainwashing Californians into being anti-gun dems is being broadcasted all over the country. LIBERAL COLLEGE Professors are in EVERY COLLEGE not just my state of CA
Texas IS A SWING STATE FFS

And you mostly seem to forget California IS A PART OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TOO. Weather you like it or not

And the country works in the same way the Titanic did. There were sections. 4 sections could be flooded yet it still wouldn't sink. But it sunk because of that 5th section taking on water.

>>>glad the hole isn't in my side of the boat

California's constitutional problems are everyone's problems.

If one state can lose its constitutional rights. They all can. Now stop living in this state of denial where this won't effect you and wake up

They can't narc on you for your guns if you hide them like everyone else. Like treasure, if you don't say a god damn thing to ANYONE (especially not family) then you should be fine. As long as its slathered in lube or oil and in a airtight container, then you can unbury it anytime and become a patriot.
>>
>>30517925
>white people problems

Let's face it, gun owners getting narc'd on is exclusively a white man problem.

As a second gen Asian immigrant, I can guaran-fuckin'-tee you that nobody will say shit about my guns. Barely speak English as it is

Needless to say the blacks wouldn't cooperate with cops anyhow, and Mexicans care more about family than literally anything else.
>>
Its going to take one major disaster- natural or manmade- and the entire populations of the LA basin, San Fransisco (area), Fresno, and San Diego, and maybe Riverside will go completely batshit and eat each other. Mexico may try to send troops, but the Asian gangs will make short work of them, loot, and take their plunder back to Shenzhen.

The northern and eastern counties will fend off the rabble for a while, supported by California National Guard units who reinforce them, getting demonized in the press, but they'll eventually restore order as an agrarian society.

The balance of financial power will shift to Seattle, as will all of the insufferabke faggots who manage to survive through the grace of the God that they deny. In 150 years, the whoke thing will happen again around Seattle and Portland.

And yes, I used to write children's books. Maybe you read "Click-Clack-Boom: The Barnyard Sniper Cow".

If you guys wants your guns you need more people on you side period.
You need LGBT, blacks, latinos and legal migrants on YOUR side. Give them a fairer society to live in and they'll give you your guns. Catering to right wing white males can only get you so far. Break the welfare in exchange for a democrat vote tacit agreement. This is ruining poor people.
End the war on drugs.
Some states need to compete with california with more fierceness. leaving to a single state the newly revitalized aerospace industry, the tech industry, the film/entertainment industry is simply too much power & influence.

It's not about guns. It's a whole fucking philosophy. The buck ultimately stops at
Personal freedom, responsability and facing consequences vs Suppressing rights and personal freedoms of a large crowd because it's better for the whole.

It's like the US and the EU have been stuck in the Hot Fuzz universe at a greater scale.
Gun control? It's for the GREATER GOOD
Welfare? GREATER GOOD
Military interventionism?
Mass surveillance, prosecuting wistleblowers while ignoring their warnings, importation of migrants with no actual plan on how to integrate them, not respecting referendums, prosecuting regular citizens but closing your eyes for corporations and politicians..
But it's for the greater good!

Given the massive influence the US has, if it falls to that leftist tyranny then it's over.
