I've been looking to get a .357 revolver for awhile now and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good 4th of July deals were going on for one.

I second that. It's sexy, pure butter and I just got mine 2 weeks ago. I have the 686-5, and the the one I wanted but if you don't want MIM the you need 686-4 and below. But I'm I love with mine.

Ruger Blackhawk is single action only. Good guns but not what you're looking for.
Python is expensive and have a testy lockwork, not recommended for a first time wheelgat user.
If you want something similar, the Colt Trooper is very close, while being much cheaper and much more durable.
