This is an Adrian helmet, worn by the Belgian military from 1915 until 1940, originally designed by France.

These are British Airborne helmets, worn by the Belgian element in the British 6th Airborne Division in WW2.
These are MkIII British "Turtle" helmets, worn by some Belgian units in the British Army from 1944.
...and finally the British Brodie helmet, worn by some Belgian units in the British Army during WW2.
If it's not any of these, my only guess would be the M26/32 helmet which Wiki says was a Belgian indigenous design which never became standard issue before WW2.

the rusty-ass bullet is an old rifle bullet that has been fired. Hard to tell from your pic but appears to be the right size to be a .30-cal bullet - could be from any large military rifle or machine-gun.

Bullets are 22lr, the bullets are crumbly because the lead is corroding. Oxidized lead is one of the easiest form of lead to absorb into your body, so wash your hands.
The lighter is some old model, they are a little be rare, and can sell for a bit if you find the right buyer.

lots of documents and rotten wood with some clothes mixed in that literally fall apart and smell like raw unfiltered mold injected in your nose. its dry atm but that shit aint staying in my house.

all that shit was on that plate and that plate was on the rags. the helmet was on the paper bag and the bag contained the little nicknacks.
the bottle of water was on the rags aswell but it was easy to clean, looks glass but why keep such a weird bottle?

It's a box used for explosives. Hard to say which kind as the same kinds of boxes are used for multiples.
Once the explosives are used up, the boxes are officially trash. Looks like somebody snagged one, sprayed his name on it, and used it as a footlocker.
I've got a couple of almost identical wooden boxes that stored C4 and TNT.
