My USP40 is an old police trade in, and while nice for a $300 gun, I use it as a car gun now and carry my Champion Operator. The USP is still extremely fun to shoot, however, and I feel like Snake/a 90s operator every time I do drills with it. I'll probably never get rid of it, but my Operator sees more carry time and my M&P is my competition gun.
The bits are a rail attachment that can be used as a hex key, Phillips head, flat head, and a punch that a friend gave me. I don't really use them now, but it's a hand tool for a bug out rifle, I guess.

That 200FPS is a big fucking deal given that it's only a 1"difference in barrel length. He should have been testing M193 though because M855 is fucking useless and that extra 300 fps increase will extend the fragmenting range of your ammo out to 60-75yds whereas with a 10.3" barrel the fragmenting range is around 15yds if that. The same rule applies to MK262 and similar fragmenting heavy bullets, increased fragmenting range with that extra inch and extra velocity.

At range, yes there is a significant difference depending on your ammo choice. You may very well have to take a shot at +50 yards and for that I would rather have 11.5", 10.3" would work but not nearly as devastating. I use M193 for my SHTF stockpile so 11.5 was the clear choice for me. You don't actually use M855 do you? That shit is terrible.
