Im thinking of selling my unfired Beretta 92a1 and getting a HK USP. Is it worth it? Anyone with a USP tell me whats so good about hk that it deserves the price.

Both are good, but I like the USP more because no slide-mounted controls and the ability to carry cocked and locked. Also, the recoil reduction system in the USP really works.

As an owner of both, you are making a mistake if the USP you plan to get isn't in 40 or 45. What don't you like about your Beretta?

Yes i did want it in 9mm. Why is that bad? To answer your question. i do like the beretta, but i have just always wanted an HK. I can always afford to get another 92 in the future if i so choose.

The USP is a big gun and was made the way it was to soak up the recoil of 40 and later the 45. It's a lot of wasted space for a 15+1. If you can find one that is Jet Funneled already with at least 2 of the 18 rnd mags ($80.00 a pop) then go for it. This is an opinion but most H&K fans will agree. No matter what you get your USP in just know that it will be a tank like your Beretta.
