My Bulgarian. Found it in a milsurp pawn shop for $250, just came with one mag and that shitty black plastic grip. So I got the bakelite, and a Wolff spring, and those two East German mags. Very pleased with it, is my daily CC.

It's more like a .380+P. Look at ballistics charts and there's not much difference. The 9x18 is usually about five grains heavier with similar velocity to the .380.
It's about the most powerful round that can be compactly chambered in a direct-blowback pistol, but it's still far less powerful than a 9x19.
