And it seems to be more low profile compared to most other folding stocks that are just the bulky plastic stocks that you would see on a old Cabellas catalog for a AK or SKS.
I have a stainless fixed stock GB
I love it, run it for eons without cleaning, eats anything I out in it, but shoots best with 55gr
if you want a serious rifle for home defense or competition or SHTF, then an AR or AK is better
if you like the way a Mini-14 feels and like the aesthetics etc, then they'll serve fine for HD or whatever, but with more expensive mags and a smaller aftermarket

I don't have a Mini-14 anymore but I would buy another if that stock became an option again. I don't even know how good of a stock it is, never seen one in person. It just looks cool.

Well like I said the low profile would be very nice and lightweight, but the cheek rest would be complete shit since its just a steel bar. But it would work for what it is.
Not really. Its a decent gun, but there is nothing exceptional about it. Its more expensive for less performance.
