Why don't you guys like 300 meme out?
>>30464592
>meme
There's your answer
>>30464592
>there are people who don't like having all the advantages of 7.62x39 in a standard capacity 5.56 STANAG magazine
They probably just hate because they can't afford it or anything that fires it.
>>30464592
Because if I want a special snowflake round I'd take 338 Spectre.
I just don't have a lot of use for a suppressed rifle right now. Top choice if I did though
Why don't you like .950 JDJ?
>>30464592
I like it because it's close to 8mm kurz
>>30464807
not liking his hearing
inb4 just use ear pro, i use that on top of a can
>>30464592
because i like my face
>>30465373
Or just double up, you big goober. Right now a suppressor isn't worth the hassle of the tax stamp and extra money.
Maybe when I finally get some land for hunting.
223 is fine fuck off with the special snowflake rounds
>>30464809
Because 14.9 SOP is far better
>>30465397
Scary
>>30465535
I giggled like a little girl seeing a dog's knotted dick for the first time when I saw that round
>>30464592
.300 blackout is a great round, but its expensive currently. Maybe in a few years it will be more popular
>>30465397
if you fuck up .300 blk and .223 you shouldn't have guns or a face
>>30464592
The proportions just look kinda funky
>>30465618
This is *actually my first time seeing that round and I fucking giggled
>>30468178
Personally Spectre looks even worse.
>>30468284
Oh God it really does.
Yeesh.
I'm sorry but I do kinda have to agree, these are all meme cartridges.
Why the fuck would anyone switch to special snowflake 300 blackout when 7.62x39 exists? Certainly the ballistics can't be that different.
>>30468327
The idea behind them from a quick tl;dr article is they try to achieve 7.62x39 dynamics while still using much easier to acquire .223/etc. parts.
>>30464592
I already have a rifle that shoots 7.62x39.
>>30464592
What is the difference between .11 and .12??
>>30465535
I could stab a bitch with that.
>>30468442
Slightly different case. Some memerounds use retrofitted/necked cases of more widely available carts.
>>30468386
I thought there was a fuckload of 7.62 already?
>>30468501
Prolly, but go to any stripmall gun store and they likely have mags and other parts for .223 while they might not have them for 7.62.
>>30464809
It's way, way too dildo.
>>30465397
Now tell me why there's a .300 blackout in a .223 chamber and then tell why it's relevant if you have a .300 blackout barrel.
Honestly I want to know what the point of this picture is.
>>30468988
Guy gets the magazines with .300BLK mixed up with his .223 magazines.
Shooting both.
Kaboom.
Yes, it's a problem.
>>30468386
That and they were trying to develop a round that could be suppressed while having better terminal kinetic energy than a glorified .22lr.
>>30469628
Or you know, you could look into the magazine and see the size and length difference or you could put your .223 magazines separate place from the .300 Blackout magazine. Common sense is a thing, anon
>>30469769
The basic tenant of functional design: If an idiot can do it, he will do it.
.300 BLK should not be able to successfully chamber in a 5.56 barrel. It should've been shaped as such that it would keep the bolt from going into battery.
Stupid people not paying attention is no excuse for a shit engineer not account for all variables.
