For instance, the HELLADS, a laser C-RAM system currently under development has a wattage of ~150MW, or about half the wattage of a 120gr 7.62x39 round impacting steel plate. There's no specific thing that's actually bad about it. At the same time the characters are kind of boring and they just keep stretching and faking out the potential victory scenarios for yet another fight. Its flaw is lacking all the heart and energy the first one had.
