Good morning /k/ommandos. I would love some input. I am looking at making a sweet custom Glock for myself. But I am at a crossroads, do I go with the 17 or the 19? I already have a Gen4 Glock 19 that I want to keep stock.

Get the 320 chassis upgrade instead of buying a Glock from a store. Problem is that you won't be able to fit Glock's regular stuff on it but it's much better in every way from trigger, sights and ergonomics. Plus, you won't have to deal with that dumbass trigger safety Glock puts out.

I'm the biggest fanboy on the planet, but these things are fucking disgusting.

Yes
I prefer the glock 17 gen4 and since you already have a 19, try out the 17 and compare it for yourself

how about you meet in the middle and get a glock 18 :^)

Custom range toy, I'd go 17 or 34 if sticking with 9mm to maximize the platform. I'm one of those guys that likes to leave my carry guns mechanically stock.
Just remember to step up the caliber as you move down in size for maximum capacity loss.
i think im going to go with the glock 17. i wanted an agency arms but decided thats too much money. i found jeager works for half the price for the slide. and my local gunstore here in orlando, the guy will stipple my gun for $150 and he does a pretty good job. I am going to get the frame in either the FDE or the OD Green. Should I go for Gen 3 or 4?
I have the glock 19, 17 and 22
The 17 is my favorite of the 3 if that helps.
put comp springs, 3.5 lbs. trigger bar, extended slide stop and extended mag release. I prefer the gen 3 as well. Hope this helps.
