It will definitely reduce in size. The FTSE just dropped 500 points and the economy will be bad for a few years to come. The automatic option every time the economy shrinks is to reduce the armed forces. God knows what it is gonna happen with Gibraltar and the Falklands, perhaps the Argies and Spanish might try have a pop at them.
