Cheap blowback .380. Its hard to fuck up such a simple design. I've never shot the pistol but I doubt bursa did a shitty job. Check out the Walther PPK or Sig p230/p232 though, much nicer options.

I like my bersa, but I bought it used for $200. I'd love to own a CA-82/83 but I remember when I was a kid seeing them in my dad's surplus catalogs for like $100-$150. This has fuck up my perspective on buying one for ~$270.

Original walthers were reliable and were made with very high QA/QC. Every part was high quality milled steel.
Then Inerarms and later smith and wesson shit up the design with MIM extractors, slide stops and other small parts. Combine that with bad QA/QC and Walther outsourced manufacturer exclusivity inside of the US for nearly 35 years now.

I wanted a 9mm and the LC9s went on sale at PSA for $320 and had good reviews. I was going to wait until I could rent some pistols at a range but then Orlando happened and I bought that the next day or so. It's small enough to be a good summer carry gun but I'll probably get something bigger in the fall once I rent a few and see what I like.
The trigger is fucking great on it, but that's because it's the striker fired version. Apparently the hammerfired (regular LC9) had a garbage trigger.

This is my favorite CC. It is the only gun I don't get annoyed CC'ing consistently.
Frankly, fucking fantastic weapon. Reliable, accurate, light, and small. With quality ammo you could easily defend yourself against random pavement-apes, Jewish bankers, feminists etc.
...Most people who have fired this gun and the Walther PPK prefer this one.
Price for a new one? Usually less than $300.

I had the slide cerakoted and it made it very difficult to rack the slide because of the lowered coefficient of friction. The grip tape allows me to be able to manipulate the slide without having to use a death grip on it

It's supposedly capable of running really hot +P rounds, and that's the reason I originally got it.
I had grand plans of handloading super-crazy hot +P rounds for my normal carry.
But reloading is boring, so I stopped.
I haven't fired the LCP, supposedly the trigger is a bit better though.
The trigger is crazy long on the Pico.
I'm probably going to pick up an LCP, they're on sale for $219 at the range I go to and that's cheap enough that it'll be nice to have as a spare.

The MD1 can do fine if you use a proper holster, it haves a bit smaller barrel than the MD2 (which is a 5" bull).
There is a MD1N, singlestack which is much better for CC, but they stopped the production far as I know.
