Pro-tip: Don't eat more than 1 a day. That stuff will absolutely wreck your stomach and make you shit literal bricks if you eat 2+ a day for any more than 3 days.

No. MREs aren't meant to be eaten sustained over time, they have almost no nutrients and just pure calories and they'll dehydrate you passing through your system.
Because they have no fiber it'll feel like you're trying to give birth through your asshole except it's shaped like a log and harder than rebar.
Eating insoluble cellulose (fiber) will coat your turd in a slick membrane layer that makes it pass through your intestines and rectum more easily.
Just look around for MRE horror stories /k/ has if you don't believe me. Eat your fiber.
