That handle looks like a carved piece of dogs but, pattern welded blade with what looks like many chips lost along its edge, tang itself is too small to be of use. Purely decorative and probably not worth more than $50, if the blade was actually hand smithed the Smith is clearly a mall ninja and wasting his time making garbage.

A quick glance at the keris world showed me that it's a very, very deep rabbit hole.
Hilt carvings look somewhat odd to me, but beyond that, hell knows.
You might be able to learn something over in the keris forum at vikingsword.com/vb/, but they won't try to put a price tag on it for you, so don't ask. If you do learn something though that could allow you to start combing auction listings, eBay and so on for prices.
