DSA arms STEEL charging handle. It may come with a burr and a somewhat-sharp edge or two, but they clean right up with a jewelers file. And they use a legit ROLL pin, instead of a splitpin for the hook, and the hook is aluminum so it wont chew the shit outta your upper.

now you see, I've read conflicting report on that with how the ATF ruled on the Thompson Contender, and I believe that after they changed a stripped lower to transfer as "other" back in 2009ish, the rules changed. Some people still recommend following the once a rifle, always a rifle thing, but others have written letters and gotten the answer that the lower is considered a firearm, not a pistol or a rifle, and unless its registered or meets the qualifications as a SBR its still considered a 'other firearm'

I figured this place would be as good as any to ask this question. I have poor vision, and as a result I wear corrective lenses. Today, a friend took me out to shoot and while I normally shoot with irons I had the opportunity to use an Aimpoint Micro. It was an awesome piece of equipment to use but when I tried to shoot a paper target at 100y I found it very difficult to do so accurately, even benched. Do any of you using corrective lenses have difficulty shooting with red dots?
