Its a copy of the burris ar332. Takes the same caps and accessories, too. Both are made in China and im 90 percent sure in the same place. This one just has a cabela logo and is more than half as cheap

Besides the sun shade look at the differences. Different mold lines, different screws, different caps, different paint, different rails. One has a screw-bridged seam where the prism is installed, and one is molded in plastic to look like it has a prism housing with no seam or screws. They are not the same product, not made in the same Chinese factory. One is clearly a poorly made copy of the other.
While you may justify it with the warranty, the warranties are not the same either. Cabellas warranty is not great. It's not the worst either, but it's no Burris Forever warranty.
