I just traded in my S&W642 for a brand new S&W 686+ with a 3 inch barrel. $600 out the door (after the trade in).
I have been eye balling this gun for a while now and decided to pull the trigger (no pun intended)...how did I do?

The internal lock can be removed pretty easily, I recently watched a video on youtube of how to do it on a j-frame. That doesn't change the fact that OP got burned
