Hello, /k/.
I am looking for a good AR-15 at a decent price. Any Recommendations?
build one from palmetto state armory upper & lower parts (or rifle kit + receiver) (Anything other than PTAC on the PSA and you'll be fine), M&P Sport, Colt 6920, or Ruger AR556

noveske .300blk with a AAC suppressor will make liberals shed tears

PSA CHF or Colt 6920
you shouldnt be allowed to buy them. AR-15s are a military rifle and have no business in the hands of a civilian

Tell us your budget and what purpose you'd like it for. 16" or 20" barrel? Classic or tacticool? Flat top or A2? rails or front sight post?
make your own from random parts if you dont plan on reselling it to save mnoney, or buy a complete factory brand name one like S&W or colt etc if you ever think you will sell

Are you okay with frankenbuilding one? It's a great way to make a quality rifle on a budget and to learn everything about your rifle.
If not, here's a taster of some rifle brands worth looking at. LWRC, Daniel Defense, Spike's Tactical, Bravo Company, FN, etc.
They vary wildly in their pricing, but those are all solid manufacturers.
Why don't you talk to us about your budget for starters and if you're willing to home build a rifle or not.

The AR-15 is a civilian rifle, and was not created for military use.
It can not fire bursts or full auto without illegal modifications.
