That's actually a fairly well shaped skinning blade. It's definitely ugly, but its form follows function well.

As for the 'red line' BS, it's an EDC knife isn't it - you don't take a straight razor and say hmm its only made of 2mm stock what if I had to use it a bit harder and it broke, because its a fucking straight razor and designed asuch. Equally that first knife is for pocket carry, light use, in otherwords SLICING.
