Is there really gonna be new sanctions against the AR, or is it just fear-mongering? I kinda had some other guns I wanted to buy first...
>>
Has anyone heard anything specific about the Type 81s they're bringing in? The examples I saw pictures of were so roughly finished that I can't believe they're asking $1k for a firearm without the design or the specific contractor having much of a track record. I wonder what they're paying the chinese for them?

Why can't we just have as much freedumbs as the Americans?
This all sucks ass... I'm starting to like the idea of them annexing us.
>>
>>30292742

Tbh if you stick to non-restricted we basically do. The only thing we have to worry about is mag limits and if you buy a pinned mag then you can just pull the pin out in the event of a civil war/zombie invasion/beta uprising.
>>
>>30292500
Think I'll swing by my LGS tomorrow, see if they have any ideas on confiscation. If they come for my Restricteds, I need a good alibi to avoid potential hassle.

Tbh I don't understand why the AR is restricted. If you decided to shoot up a public place with an SKS or AR it's not like there would be some massive difference.

Here's the thing about this whole debate. Things like higher capacity mags, rails, grips, optics, even semi-auto fire, are all designed to give you an advantage over another person with a gun. They are designed to give a combatant a leg up in a firefight, but in a mass shooting situation even just having a gun is such a huge advantage over unarmed people that any additional advantages granted by features like grips and rails will be completely negledgable. I bet somebody with a single shot break action could walk into a shopping mall an gun down at least 10 or 15 people.
>>
>>30292964
I dunno, I think people would be able to run away fast enough.

A pistol vest full of BP revolvers though could easily top the high score list if they picked a good target.
>>
>>30292979

Even if they ran away if you cornered people they would be fucked, and the majority would probably be too scared to resist. The point of course being that gun control won't stop mass shootings, but I suppose I'm preaching to the choir.

What pisses me off is how weedman is trying to justify tightening our gun control when our gun crime is a fraction of what they have in America. There is literally no way to justify it.
>>
>>30293057
Strangest thing of all, Trudeau is actually quite moderate on gun control when compared to NDP's Thomas Mulcair, or former Prime Minister Paul Martin. These two nigger cunts actually wanted to have a registry and outright prohibit all handguns and semi-autos.
>>
>>30293177
Weedman isn't moderate, he's just doesn't do fucking anything.

The only fucking thing he said he'd do that he's actually done is bring in some mudshit, besides that he's a glorified seat warmer.

Was thinking about a Mossberg 590/590A1 as a dedicated HD gun, but with having to store ammo separately, wouldn't any court complain that there was no way the gun could be loaded in time? Would they have you demonstrate this?

Because I'm wondering if I shouldn't just go for a SAP-6 instead...
>>
>>30294444
number combo locks on the ammo box 1 digit off same number as the triggerlock
>>
>>30294444
>>30294536
no need to store the ammo separate if it's in a safe. gun must be unloaded, that's it.

didn't you take the CFSC?

get a sidesaddle and mount it on your shotgun. leave the shells in the sidesaddle. when thugs break down door, open safe, load shotgun, rack shotgun, remove dindu.

I personally prefer weapons with removable magazines.

the crown can't prove when you woke up and decided to load your weapon to face a possible threat, therefore any test requiring you to load your weapon in under X number of seconds is meaningless in court.

Pretty slow thread boys.
I have a couple questions, I wanna get my RPAL, if I take the CFSC AND the CRFSC but only apply for the RPAL can i still buy NR guns? Or should I just stop being a jew and pay for both?
>tfw had a friend with licence pick up a few guns for me and store them at his house because I don't have a licence
>tfw it turns out he's a fucking insane coke head and pretty positive he had a faggy crush on me because I didn't go do what he wants and hung out with my girlfriend whom I had already made plans with and he lost his fucking shit
>tfw don't hang out with him anymore
>bought sks and a nugget for nothing
>he also owes me 200$
>can't do anything about it
So I'm out about 600$ and a bunch of rounds and have to start from scratch.
>need some baby killers for the day of reckoning
Going to get a bolt gun, set on savage axis in. 308, and I need a good(somewhat modern) semi rifle that isn't going to cost 2500$, and a decent hand gun for less than a grand. Also somewhat interested in those Alfa project revolvers, anyone have one? They're like ~600$ for a. 357 so I'm interested as fuck

piss on its own gets crazy nasty after a little while

once i took a big narsty pee without flushing and left my apartment for a few days on a small trip

it took on a smell reminiscent of ultra powerful onions and ammonia, it was unreal

i suggest eating asparagus to make it worse, let the piss ferment for at least 3-4 days, keep the lid of the piss container open so that oxidation will aid in this reaction

do you think i should condense it ? like boil it down ,let it ferment (ill have to add a bit of fresh pee pee since the boiling will sterilize it ) then add a bit of ammonia ( since it will boil off first )

at the moment, liberals are too busy figuring out legal ways to let sick people kill themselves, so they don't have to pay for their medical bills long term

but if Obama gets anything passed, you can be sure they will get on the same train and probably over-do it, as it's so much easier here

Turd seems to be unable to accomplish anything of substance, like creating long-term economic plans, drawing up and implementing complex long term reforms, etc. so he keeps jumping on flashy but fairly simple and quick PR issues: change the national anthem, let terminally ill people off themselves with doctor help, get some refugees in, and the like (take selfies everywhere, naturally). looks like his entire administration will basically be continuation of his campaigning, but with more authority to randomly push through sjw agenda (if it's nothing too complex, of course)

banning a specific firearm that looks scary in pictures and caused all the shootings down south is easy as hell and would get him tons of likes and progressive points

Another thing to be concerned about is that MP getting shot in the UK. It looks like the shooter may have used an antique, if the witness descriptions mean anything (I saw a sketch that looked like either a cut down shotgun, or an antique percussion pistol). >"not enough women in X"
Of course, it all depends on the situation, but in my opinion, I think this is a legitimate concern.

For example, there aren't many women in STEM fields.

I don't think the male majority is a bad thing, nor do I think women deserve a free pass for "diversity."

We shouldn't make it easier for women to enter a STEM field, but more of them need to show a genuine interest in them. Too many of them are interested in stupid things like hairdressing, fashion design, photography and film/media.

Women would be taken a lot more seriously if they would take a serious interest in things that are seriously important.

On a sidenote, I have a solution to the gender wage gap problem. Women would be paid equal to men if they took an interest in the same line of work. A female hair stylist isn't going to make the same money as a male engineer. If that stylist had become an engineer instead, she wouldn't have a problem with her paycheck.
>>
>>30301887
>For example, there aren't many women in STEM fields.
it's because women don't like those things

when you need to dedicated a large portion of your life to childbirth and rearing (which you are biologically disposed to doing) that makes a bit hit on your career

Yes there are outliers who don't want children or are particularly smart, but generally being extremely career driven doesn't work well given the biological roles of a female

I also think it's pretty clear women are generally not interested in those things, I highly doubt it's just due to gender roles, patriarchy etc.

>wage gap
the wage gap is entirely a myth

I didn't find that as important, to be honest, senpai.

It is a factor, but hell, if you're interested enough in something, you should be able to make it happen. If you lose interest in science and engineering because you had a baby, then sucks to your assmar, you weren't interested enough.

>>30302029
I agree with everything you're saying, but the wage gap is blatantly obvious. When you take median income of male vs female it's highly unbalanced because females tend to not work as well-paying jobs as males, but if females do indeed work the same field as men, they are almost always paid less. My mom and dad do the exact same job for the same company, and they do their own solo work (they go to different houses to do trade work) and she's paid 20% less than my dad for no reason. They both have been in the industry for decades.
>>
>>30303625
The wage gap exists because of something extremely obvious that no one seems to point out. Men are nearly 2x stronger than women and both are about the same intelligence. In a person by person case, a woman may or may not be paid more than a man but in a demographic, of course men will be paid more.

>B BB BB BUT WHY WOULDN'T CORPORATIONS JUST HIRE WOMEN AND PAY THEM LESS?
Simply because men can do more work.

And let's say your mom has the exact same skills, training, education, and experience as your dad. It seems really strange that she hasn't questioned why she's being paid less. It's the 21st century, no one's gonna admonish a woman for demanding equality.

If she deserves equal pay, something should've happened.

I once worked a job where I was literally the lowest paid employee (ie. everybody earned more than me).

say i had an empty wooden stock with maybe a painted copper barrel with a dulled bayonet for a display mannequin, sorta like knights with fake swords but kinda modern. Now say someone breaks into my house and i bayonet charge him with that stock, that wouldnt count as a weapon, would it?
>>
>>30315150
It would? That'd be like stabbing him with a knife or something. Wouldn't be a firearm unless the boys in red are stoned out of their mind when they examine the thing
>>
>>30315163
Wouldn't count as a gun*
im fucking fried today

Canada doesn't have nearly the selection in parts that the USA does. If you can't find it in Canada or the Brownells catalogue (expect to pay extra for this), then you won't find it at all.

lmao. Unless you go the whole 9 yards when making the fake gun it should be pretty obvious to them that it isn't. I'm sure the burglar will get the point of it

I don't think I've ever seen someone at my local innawoods range who hasn't depinned a few of their mags

Realistically, what punishment would you actually face for depinning a magazine?
>>
>>30315232
You get a pin installed in you
>>
>>30315232
Max sentence is 2 years
>>
>>30314601
Decent, but not great. It's good quality for the price, but the price isn't very high. Typically will go bang every time (as a general statement to all Norinco guns), but will be rough around the edges.

Are there any ranges closer to Hamilton than Silverdale? Waterdown here, The Burlington range is apparently impossible to get into and the one in Flamborough one is only for trap shooting apparently.
>>
>>30296054
when i can go through a native reserve and not have to worry about driving around burnt out cars and getting robbed for being a white dude, i'll agree with you

>>30315288

Didn't the liberals crackdown on the ranges in Toronto
>>
>>30315756
Nope, TO doesn't allow gun related things inside the city limits. Straight up said that ranges provoke gun violence.

Yeah, it was something like "gang members train to shoot guns at legal ranges because reasons, so we need to shut them all down."
>>30315820
Can't just shut down what's already there, but they do their best. They also refuse all new gun related developments.
