One of the major issues will be that neither you, nor hundreds of people around you are going to know what in the name of living fuck is going on and what's the best thing to do right now. Best have at least a pocket radio receiver - FEMA or your national equivalent is going to transmit recommendations for your area on repeat. Maybe evac is underway and you best leave right now. Maybe there's a martial law in force, or Russian army on approach, and it's best to sit it out with whatever water and printed porn you have.
