Can you shoot .300blk out of a normal 7.65 ak by installing an AR mag adapter and feeding it via ar mags? Or would it just blow up in your face? Asking for a friend. Pic related.
Yes, you can shoot .300blk is through a 7.62x39 AK but not the other way around, just like 5.56 and .223 or .308 and 7.62
Not compatible at all.

the questions why the fuck would you do that?
7.62x39 performs better than 300blk, is cheaper than 300blk, is on par accuracywise as 300blk, etc etc
However, you would have to get an ak with a custom receiver most likely due to it being lol45mm instead of 39mm.

if the clip fits you can shoot it no problem

It might load and fire it but the case would split. Best case is it just makes a mess. Worst case is gun blows up and you end up with shrapnel in your face and arms. Just look at the base diameter of 7.62x39 vs .300blk/.223.

Bore diameter is fine. Chamber is just too wide. Lots of split cases and failures to extract.
Not to mention the sub-par accuracy from using undersized projectiles.

you'd need to find a normal 7.65 ak first but it may be about .03 mm too big

Mainly so I could use USGI mags and shoot ammo that is commonly available at Cabelas. 7.62x39 is cheaper, but would be a pain to get in the U.S once the house of cards that is our society inevitably collapses in on itself.

You would need a new bolt and a new barrel as well.
Shooting ammunition out of the wrong chamber? NOT FUCKING ADVISED.
>>30282073
No.
You need a .300BLK barrel to shoot .300BLK
I told you this before.

No!

>7.62x39 performs better than 300blk
Except subsonic.
>is cheaper than 300blk
lrn2 handload

Ammo has been produced domestically for decades.
