PLA uniforms have a hint of Soviet and German influence but I have noticed their 2007 issue uniforms all both field fatigues and class A & Bs do look more friendlier (similar to American and European, Euro style berets, Type 07 digital uniforms look like BDU cut, wooly pully sweaters, no jack boots).
