The plastic MBUS sights are fine for set it and forget it point and shoot sights. If you aren't needing to dial elevation changes on the fly there is little reason to pick up anything else.

Reman ammo is always like .00001 cents cheaper than shit brass, so I never bothered. But in my experience I've seen WWB 9MM fail to trim properly (luckily my CZ wouldn't lock because it was so fucking out of spec). Also I squibbed a Tula once. you can get rear sights that neither flip nor have a handle. I supposed that complicates your question further rather than answering it though. to me carry handles are for guys doing clone builds. fixed rears are fine if you aren't planning on magnified optics and so don't care about tucking them under something. fixed rear is good and you add a red-dot, just get a mount that set-up a lower 1/3rd co-witness.
