What sight picture am i looking for with this type sights ? (German sig p226)
I usually align the bead witg the rear lead so that the bead "touches" the white stripe on the bead but st 10 yards it s shooting low. Halp

What distances are pistols such as the Sig p226 usually sighted for ?

i don't know sig's procedure, but most of my experience puts factory fixed sight zero at 25 yards, except for glock, which i think is like 12-15 yards.

sure, if you got adjustable sights on it in the first place
why would you though, if its zeroed for 25m, thats about the longest maximum handgun range most people are comfortable with anyway, so no reason to ever change it.
