I haven't read that book. Could you explain why wars of aggression are substantially different than any other war?
I just don't see reasoning, except for virtue-signaling holier than thou faggotry. Every war has an aggressor. What is the point of Just War theory? To make the conquerors feel bad about themselves? Is it just feel good propaganda that the victorious party can use to justify cruel treatment of the defeated party in their version of history?
