In japan it is almost impossible to own a gun even less carry it with you for self defense, regardless of crime you do have a natural right to bear arms.

I was doing some reading on crime in Japan and some British ex criminal said that some career criminals like to go to Japan to commit crimes like carjackings because the average Japanese person isn't accustomed to dealing with being a victim of a crime.
